Automateo automates outreach across Email, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp. These third-party platforms actively detect and restrict automated activity. By using Automateo you acknowledge and accept that account restrictions, throttling, suspension, or termination may occur on any connected channel.
2. LinkedIn & Instagram
- LinkedIn and Instagram automation may violate the terms of service of those platforms.
- Risks include connection limits, temporary restrictions, permanent bans and loss of contacts.
- We enforce conservative daily and weekly limits, but no automation provider can guarantee zero restrictions.
3. Email Deliverability
- Email sending may impact domain and IP reputation.
- High bounce or complaint rates can trigger blocklist inclusion at major providers.
- You are responsible for list hygiene, opt-out handling and compliance with anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
4. No Guarantee of Results
Outbound results vary by ICP, offer, deliverability and market conditions. Past performance of any campaign does not guarantee future outcomes.
5. Your Responsibility
You assume full responsibility for the messages, lists and configurations you use on the Platform. Automateo is not liable for restrictions, bans or damages arising from your use of automated outreach.
