1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Automateo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description
Automateo is an omnichannel outreach platform that enables users to send emails, LinkedIn messages, and Instagram DMs for B2B prospecting purposes. The Platform integrates with third-party services including email providers, LinkedIn, and Instagram via authorized APIs.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all content sent through the Platform.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
- You must not use the Platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You acknowledge that LinkedIn and Instagram automation carries inherent risks (see Risk Disclosure).
4. Account Restrictions
Automateo enforces daily, weekly, and monthly sending limits across all channels. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Completed campaign leads are automatically marked for deletion after 10 days and permanently purged after 12 days. Users are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain before the automated cleanup occurs.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Instagram, Unipile, Apify, OpenAI). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Automateo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to account restrictions imposed by LinkedIn, Instagram, or email providers as a result of using the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
